At Riley & Co, we take pride in the quality of our products. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before placing your order.

 

1. Dog Treats & Edible Products

 

  • All dog treats, chews, and edible products are non-returnable and non-refundable once dispatched.

  • This is due to hygiene and food safety reasons, as these items are classed as food products.

  • This does not affect your statutory rights. If an edible product arrives faulty, damaged, unsafe, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • Any issues with edible products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs and order details provided.

2. Pet Accessories & Non-Edible Items

  • Non-edible items, such as pet accessories, may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.

  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We may request photographs to help resolve the issue quickly.

  • Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund, including return postage where applicable.

4. Return Postage

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs for non-faulty, non-edible items.

  • If an item is faulty or incorrect, Riley & Co will cover reasonable return postage costs.

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 5–10 working days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
