  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website if these terms are breached.

  • All products are intended for pet use only and are not suitable for human consumption.

  • Natural dog treats and chews may vary in size, shape, colour, and texture. These variations are normal and do not affect quality or safety.

  • Always supervise your dog when feeding treats or chews and ensure fresh drinking water is available.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure products are suitable for their pet, including consideration of size, dietary needs, and allergies.

 

4. Pricing & Availability

  • All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time without notice.

  • While we make every effort to ensure accurate pricing and descriptions, errors may occur. If an error is identified, we will contact you before processing your order.

5. Orders & Payment

​

  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the payment methods available at checkout.

  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

6. Shipping

 

  • We currently ship only to Mainland UK addresses.

  • Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48, unless otherwise stated.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Riley & Co is not responsible for delays outside of our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

 

  • Dog treats and edible chews are classed as food products and are non-returnable and non-refundable once dispatched, for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • This does not affect your statutory rights. If a food product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund or replacement in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • Pet accessories and non-edible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been approved.

For any issues with faulty or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs where applicable.

8. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs and order details so we can resolve the issue promptly.

10. Limitation of Liability
