5. Orders & Payment

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the payment methods available at checkout.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
6. Shipping

We currently ship only to Mainland UK addresses.

Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Riley & Co is not responsible for delays outside of our control.
7. Returns & Refunds

Dog treats and edible chews are classed as food products and are non-returnable and non-refundable once dispatched, for hygiene and safety reasons.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If a food product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund or replacement in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Pet accessories and non-edible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been approved.
For any issues with faulty or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs where applicable.
8. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs and order details so we can resolve the issue promptly.
