At Riley & Co, we aim to ensure your order is packed with care and delivered safely and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy below for full details on how and where we deliver.

 

Delivery Areas

  • We currently only ship to Mainland UK addresses.

  • Unfortunately, we do not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, or international destinations at this time.

Delivery Method

All orders are shipped using:

 

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48

This is a tracked service aiming to deliver your order within 2–3 working days from dispatch. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been sent.

 

Dispatch Times

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to keep you informed.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number, allowing you to follow your delivery every step of the way.

Missed or Delayed Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

 

  • Please allow a full 5 working days from dispatch before contacting us

  • If there is an issue, contact us and we’ll be happy to help investigate with Royal Mail

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. Riley & Co cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
